Dana Caspersen holds a BA in Human Resource Management from the University of Northern Iowa. She has nearly 15 years of combined experience in beauty industry primarily in sales, marketing and staff management. Dana’s past experience in retail management, multiple Professional Hair Care, Skin Care and Hair Color distribution and direct Manufacturing with many of the industry leaders, has allowed her to show salons and spas creative ways to drive their business toward their goals. Dana is passionate about empowering others to exceed their business goals through properly executed marketing programs and creating an enthusiastic and productive work environment.
